The Brigid Scorpio Chronicles is a musical and cinematic tribute to my wife, Brigid Scorpio, and the extraordinary events that changed both of our lives.
What began as a way to cope with grief became something much larger. These songs were written to preserve a story that many families may recognize: the confusion, fear, hope, and heartbreak that can surround serious illness, hospitalization, medical decisions, hospice care, and loss.
In 2024, Brigid was diagnosed with Glioblastoma (GBM), an aggressive form of brain cancer. What followed moved far faster than either of us expected. Questions were left unanswered. Decisions were made. Time seemed to disappear. Within months, the woman I had shared more than two decades of my life with was gone.
The songs presented here are not medical records, legal arguments, or attempts to assign blame. They are something far more personal. They are the emotional record of what it feels like to stand beside someone you love while the world around you changes faster than you can understand.
Many people who discover this project have experienced similar moments in their own lives. A parent placed into hospice sooner than expected. A spouse whose condition seemed to change overnight. Questions that remained long after the funeral ended. The feeling that an important part of the story was never fully told.

Brigid was my wife. This project exists because she mattered, because her story mattered, and because some stories deserve to be remembered long after the final chapter has been written.
